*Credit card on file when booking is required. Like booking a hotel, your card is secured, protected, and used when booking services. 50% of service is charged when booking.
* Lateness: We have a parking lot, and the best parking is on the upper level of the Petco entrance. Everyone gets a 10-minute grace period so that we may stay on time for servives needed. Any time after 15 mins, you will be responsible for the No show fee of 50% as we cannot preform your service without hindering the next client.
*Please Reschedule/Cancel within 48 hours before appointment to avoid a 50% fee. This Rescheduled appointment must be completed within four weeks of the original appointment date.
* If Rescheduled appt is missed/no-showed, you will be accessed twice with two fees, one of which is 50% for 1st appt. and the total price of service cost for 2nd appointment, which is No Showed being we were unable to offer another client that space and also incurred a loss of revenue twice. With this, the possibility of being blocked from booking services in the future may occur.
We appreciate and value our clients and ask for reciprocity. Of course, emergencies arise, and we are willing to work with everyone as long as we communicate openly and as soon as possible.
